Founding Partner
Travis Stockman is an attorney licensed in New York with a focus on both real property and intellectual property. Mr. Stockman has resolved hundreds of intellectual property disputes and maintains a unique knowledge regarding the application of intellectual property on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and eBay. He has helped e-commerce sellers navigate online platforms while ensuring they are in full compliance with the intellectual property laws of the United States. In addition to his passion for intellectual property, he is also deeply involved in real property — handling numerous closings, both commercial and residential. Mr. Stockman has been involved with law for more than a third of his entire life and takes pride in the legal services he provides. It is not just a job, but a passion to assist individuals with their legal needs.
Founding Partner
Michael J. Poropat has been licensed as an attorney in New York for over 11 years and is dedicated to providing outstanding legal services to professionals in need. Mr. Poropat has extensive arbitration and trial experience and has worked across multiple industries including interactive media, technologies and eSports — working with players, teams and organizations to help form and protect their companies, draft and review their contracts, negotiate deals, and protect their intellectual property. Michael has also represented clients in no-fault insurance claims, immigration applications, and copyright and trademark infringement defense. He has worked with companies such as HELM Systems, Indie World Order, the Independent Game Developers Association (IGDA), and the Video Game Bar Association (VGBA). For the past 15 years Michael has enjoyed, studied, and has been passionate about the interactive media industry, setting up multiple interactive media-related panels and events in New York.

Jason Powell has experience in both private and public sector law. Jason worked as a paralegal for several years resolving various intellectual property matters and also interned at the Queens County District Attorney's Office. He is currently a licensed attorney admitted to practice in the State of New York, the Federal Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York, and the Federal Northern District Court of Illinois. Jason is an asset to the firm and truly takes pride in assisting individuals with their legal needs.
