Amazon Arbitration
When Amazon withholds your funds, arbitration is your remedy — and we file them on a consistent basis.
Sometimes a suspension of your Amazon listing results in Amazon withholding your funds and refusing to release them. In those cases, the best option is often to take Amazon to court — but your seller agreement requires binding arbitration as your only remedy. That's actually a benefit: arbitration is generally cheaper and faster than traditional court.
Why arbitration works
Amazon, being the big corporation that they are, likes to hide behind their seller agreements and gates such as the arbitration process to intimidate sellers into giving up on withheld funds. Many sellers do — but you don't have to. The arbitration process is there for a reason and provides sellers an opportunity to rectify the issue, release their funds and, in many cases, get their account active again.
